Hello, im in need of a person(s) to help care for a special needs adult and Small farm in Clariin, IA.
We need occasional overnight help which can be 1 night or more, events which can be hourly or overnight, extra help when we need to clean the barn or during kidding season.
Hours and days would vary but we try to plan things out ahead of time to discuss and plan.
Possibility for a live in with reduction of rent in available 3 bedroom house across from us.
Pay is $13 an hour or $200 a day paid out daily. Pay is tax exempt.
Person is fairly easy to care for, respite worker would have time to work on side chores, hobbies, school work...etc.
She loves car rides, if you have kids or errands to run she would like to ride along. Open to you bringing your kids to work with responsibility agreement.
Training and background checks required through Mosaic training is online and an in person with me. Must be able to show proof or obtain CPR and First aid certifications.
