What you’ll be doing:
• Showing apartments or homes to prospective tenants
• Communicating with applicants before showings
• Providing quick feedback after each showing (who liked it, questions, concerns, etc.)
• Helping keep showings organized
What I’m looking for:
• Good communication skills
• Organized and dependable
• Must have a smartphone
• Comfortable working independently
• Spanish is a plus, but not required
This is a great side gig if you live locally and want flexible, straightforward work with no sales pressure or paperwork.
