Hancock Elevating Scraper. Make an offer! This was an old, motorized scraper that was purchased to be converted to a pull type scraper. The articulation joint is still intact as well as the drive axle. No wheels, no elevator. What you see is what you get. Nothing fancy here. If you have a need and a way, make an offer. I have limited means to help load but do have an excavator available. Let's do this before it snows! I am not expecting much but I would like it gone and maybe someone can use it.
